READINGS POLICIES AND ETHICS
As my most authentic desire is to be able to help those in need of
counseling and guidance in their lives, I have decided to enlight with all honesty the way my readings
work, the different proceedings and my working ethics, believing that in this
way, all of you can know if my services are what you need or not.
Please, before purchase a
reading or any other spiritual service, take the
time that you need to read the following statements, mainly the ones relative
to the service you are wanting or needing. By doing this, you will know right
away if I am, or not, the right professional for you.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
- ONLINE READINGS – By Skype, Facebook or E-mail.
Prepayment by PayPal – in online
readings, possible to make by Facebook, Skype or E-mail, please, first give me
your PayPal e-mail, so I can send you a payment request. Once I get the confirmation
e-mail of your payment, I will contact you to define the date for the reading,
usually done at maximum two days after the payment reception.
Prepayment by Bank Transference –
in online readings, possible to make by Facebook, Skype or E-mail, please,
first make your bank transference and send me the receipt by e-mail. Once I get it, I will
contact you to define the date for the reading, usually done within two days maximum
after the reception of the receipt.
Impossibility to carry out the Reading – in
the unlikely event that I can not carry out with the reading in the two days
after the receipt
reception (deadline – see above), I
will make a complete refund right away.
Reading Renunciation – You can
always change your mind: if you have done the payment and have sent the receipt
to me but you want to dismiss the service you payed for, you just need to contact
me and I will make a complete refund to you.
Refund of readings already done –
I cannot refund you after the reading has been done, whether if you may believe
it wasn’t satisfactory enough for you, or any other reason that made you not enjoy
it. My mission is not to tell people what they want to hear, but to cast a
light on whatever they need to consider or pay attention in their lives, and
the truth that experience has shown me, believe, is that many people are not
ready to face this. So, please understand in advance, that I may give you a
reading with a content a little different from what you have expected to hear.
- FACE TO FACE READINGS
Always make an appointment – since
the flow of people is variable and unpredictable, if you make an appointment
you will be able to have your reading assured.
Duration – every
reading can go from 1 hour minimum to 2 hours maximum, depending on the
complexity and depth that the subject entails.
Absent people – if you
wish to know about someone that is absent, please try to bring a picture, a
piece of cloth and/ or the name and birth date: it allows more fluidity to the
channelling of the person’s essence during the reading.
Refund of readings already done –
I cannot refund you after the reading has been done, whether if you may believe
it wasn’t satisfactory enough for you, or any other reason that made you not enjoy
it. My mission is not to tell people what they want to hear, but to cast a
light on whatever they need to consider or pay attention in their lives, and

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
Secrecy – all readings are done under
the most rigorous secrecy and are never commented or turned pubic to anyone
under any circumstance.
Rigor and clarity – I always do my best to use any oracle and my Entities wisdom to bring what’s hidden up to the surface in order to guide my clients in an objective and clear way, without any kind of manipulation regarding decisions that are not mine to make: my aim is to guide you towards a happier life, not to promote any absolutisms of any nature.

Magical workings – I reserve
myself the right to not make any magical workings (spells, witchcraft, etc.)
without first making a reading: it is so because the reading tells me exactly
what must be done and if that would have or not the results you seek. As such,
the reading is the best investment one can make, for it allows to understand
better what would be the exact solution for specific cases. For me,
being professional implies exactly the consultation of the Entities I work with, and let them dictate what to do relative to
magical operations. I have always said that magic
and the spiritual is not a store counter of miracles, so it deserves to be
respected and its knowledge embraced.
People under 18 years old - I don’t perform readings for
people under 18 years old.
Questions related to Health, Finances and Justice –
not being a professional in any of these three areas, I will always advise you
to seek a qualified and certified professional. However, I can give you a
glimpse of what is going on with the situation, without never trying to match
myself to a professional in those areas. As such, I can perform a cold analysis
without giving any opinion on what you should or not do.
I reserve myself the right to listen my personal
intuition – if intuitively I know that I won’t be able to help
you in some way, if I feel that I am not the right professional to guide you,
or if I feel that you won’t be ready to listen to what I will have to say, I
will make you a complete refund of the reading if you have already paid for it.
In any case, I will always explain you the reasons why I won’t be able to
perform the reading. Similarly, I
reserve myself the right to choose the oracle in my readings, according to my
personal intuition – it will be the one that fits your needs the most.
But if you really prefer to choose yourself the oracle to be used, like Tarot, for example, because it is more
familiar to you or any other reason than this, make me know during the
appointment.
Discrimination – I will never discriminate on ethnicities, sexual orientations, conditions, choices or ways of being in life! It is NOT up to me to judge any human being. My aim is to guide those in need in their lives, so we all can have the most beautiful experience in this world.
